New Motion Argues To Seal Anthony Jail Video

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s attorney filed a motion late Wednesday laying out his arguments for why a jail video of Anthony should be sealed.

The 17-page motion makes several arguments against the video’s release, including that it was cruel, that it violated her right to counsel, and that it invades
her right to keep medical records private.
