"Baby Boy" HALL - 4 months -(2009) San Antonio TX

A man is in jail charged with violently shaking and hurting his
4-month-old son.

Gabriel Eron Hall, 20, was arguing with his
girlfriend, the child’s mother, August 19 when the abuse is said to
have taken place.

The infant’s mother, Maria Lujano, 27, says
the couple was at their Meadow Rise home on the Northwest Side.
According to an arrest warrant, Lujano told police she and Hall got
into an argument because she demanded that he move out of the home.

During the argument, Hall’s girlfriend told police that she placed the infant
in a baby swing while she went to the restroom. While there, she says
she heard the baby screaming. When she returned to the living room, she
saw Hall violently shaking the baby.

She yelled for him to stop, and Hall pushed her away Lujano told investigators. She says Hall told
her that “it’s what he gets” for the 4-month-old boy having Lujano as
his mother.

The woman’s sister called police, and the baby was
rushed to University Hospital with serious head injuries and bruises to
his chest.

Police later found Hall later at another location.
He’s now in jail with a one-million dollar bond for the
injury-to-a-child charge.
