"John" Cook - 3 yo - Boise ID

Charles L. Cook, 32 of Boise, was charged with felony injury to a child.According
to prosecutors, Cook picked up his son under the armpits and threw him
against a wall from up to 8 feet away. The child hit his head, slid
down the wall and began crying, prosecutors told a judge Thursday
during Cook's arraignment.Prosecutors said Cook's three other
young children were present and police were not immediately called.
When someone later informed police, they found bruising on the back of
the child's head.Cook was barred from seeing or contacting his children. A preliminary hearing was set for Sept. 10.
