KARTIER SPIVEY - 2 yo - Hamtramck MI

Police have issued an amber alert for two-year-old Kartier Jahleel Spivey from Hamtramck.

Police said he was taken by his grandmother, a known drug user.The pair was last seen walking on southbound Joseph Campau.Spivey
is 2 feet tall, about 37 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair. His
grandmother is Tamiko Rochele Jefferson-Oyeneye. She was last seen

An Amber Alert has been canceled for a 2-year-old Hamtramck boy that police say was abducted by his grandmother.


Police
are questioning Tamiko Rochele Jefferson-Oyeneye, 39 of Hamtramck,
after they say she took 2-year-old Kartier Jahleel Spivey, according to
WDIV-TV.
