CINDY - BANKRUPTCY?

I checked out BANKRUPTCIES at this link,

you can just select a state and the person's name and leave the rest blank. This is what I found:

Is this old news? It looks like Cindy filed for bankruptcy in May of this year. Did we already know this?
This is huge! Sort of blows the kidnapping for ransom theory right out of the water. And cuts off Casey's cash supply. And explains a little more about the big blow up on the 15th of June. (If in fact this is Cindy Anthony, mother of Casey)
