DESTINY TOUCHSTONE - 14 yo - Polk County GA

A Conyers man is in the Polk County Jail on multiple charges alleging
he enticed, kidnapped and molested a 14-year-old Polk County girl,
according to Polk County Jail docket reports.

Larry Ryan Smith, 28, of 3801 Martingale Drive, Conyers, was arrested Oct. 7 in Resasca.

He
is charged with obscene telephone contact with a child, enticing a
child for indecent purposes, kidnapping, four counts of child
molestation, and one count aggravated child molestation, according to
reports.

State officials had issued an endangered child alert
Wednesday for Destiny Touchstone, 14. The teen was found safe in
Resaca. She was believed to be traveling with Smith when he was taken
into custody.
