Big Island police are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Zuri Bernabe of Kailua-Kona was last seen leaving her home on
September 18. She is described as Hispanic, 5-feet tall, about 100
pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She may be working on a coffee
plantation.


Police ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts call the
Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer
to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or
329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.

Police seek missing people

Police are asking the public to help locate four people reported separately as missing.

Precious Anduha, 16, is described as being of Portugeuse and Puerto Rican descent,
5-foot-2-inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds with brown hair and
brown eyes. She was reported missing from Puna on Sept. 2.

Police are also attempting to locate Zuri Bernabe, 16, of Kailua-Kona, who was
last seen leaving her home on Sept. 18.

She is described as being Hispanic, 5-0, 100 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She may be working on a
coffee plantation, according to police.

Police are also searching for a 17-year-old Puna boy reported as missing since Sept. 17.

Arnold B. Fernandez is described as being a 5-1, 120 Portuguese-Hawaiian with
brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on their whereabouts call the department's nonemergency line at 935-3311.
