WOMAN SAYS CINDY ANTHONY THREATENED HER

The woman who runs the website says she feels sorry for the Anthonys. She doesn't know if Caylee is dead or alive, but just wants to help. Cindy Anthony said people are trying to profit off of her granddaughter and she won't tolerate that.
Sunny Welker operates the website Justice For Caylee out of her home. She launched the website to provide a place for people to talk about the case as well as gather information.
"I'm here for the child, not here for anyone else. I'm here to make sure she is brought home," Welker told Eyewitness News on Wednesday.
But then last week, she received a startling phone call. Welker claims Cindy Anthony called her on the phone and started to threaten her because of the website.
"She told me she was very upset and I was impeding the investigation looking for an alive Caylee. My website was getting in the way of that," Welker said. "If I only had the time to meet you face to face, I would definitely kick your ass."
Welker filed a complaint with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. Eyewitness News talked to Cindy Anthony and she said she never threatened Welker. Anthony said she didn't appreciate Welker making money off of Caylee and was going to have the website shut down. She believes Welker was collecting money on her website selling bumper stickers.
"I explained we were not selling anything on the website. It's there for information and to discuss the case and if they want to help and volunteer there is a link for EquuSearch," Welker said.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office took the complaint for informational purposes. No crime has been committed.

wow! That website address is ssoooo close to this one here! I didn't even see where they were making money - it looked just like a forum site to me. I think Cindy is on the verge of going over the deep end.

I just watched a news video from a few days ago where Cindy was saying they know where Caylee is, she has been moving from place to place, not staying in one spot since June. So, if Cindy knows where Caylee is, why isn't she bringing her home? You'd think that would be her first priority since her darling daughter is in jail awaiting trial for murdering little Caylee. :.0

It's all very strange. Cindy would rather spend her time threatening people who want to help, like Tim Miller of TES, and website owners, instead of producing a living, breathing Caylee.

I answered the phone “Hi this is Sunny” it was a Orlando number.

The voice on the other end said “ HI this is Cindy Anthony, Caylee’s Grandmother”

I said “Hello, How can I help you?”

She said are you related to Justice For Caylee. I presumed she
was speaking of the group of protesters Justice for Caylee. Which I am in
no way related to. I explained I am not related to the protestors who have
started their own group in Orlando which is also called Justice For
Caylee. I said “The website is my website.” She stated “You are
impeding our abilities to search for an alive Caylee because your website
implies that Caylee is dead and we are searching for a LIVE CAYLEE.” I
explained that is my right to have the website. She stated that I was
exploiting her grand-daughter and all I am doing is listening to the
media and they do not know what they are talking about. I told her that
this website is not for her, her family or Casey but for Caylee. She
said the picture slideshow implies that Caylee is dead and that I
should not have the right to have that on my site. She stated that I do
not have a right to the photos. I told her they were now public and I
could use them. She said that I have no right to their business, I am
not family, friends or supporter. I stated that she lost the right for
her to keep this to herself when she invited the media in to do the
story.

I stated “I felt bad for her and George that I would not want to be in
there shoes but that the website had nothing to do with them.” She said
“God for bid if one of your young kids were to ever go missing….”

She then stated “You are only doing this for money” I
said “Cindy, I do not even have a shopping cart on my website, I
selling nothing on my site and the site was completely donated and I
run it for free out of my time.” She said “It is?” I said “Yes” I
said the only thing I ask is that people donate to Texas Equu Search to
help with the search. She then began to tell me that I should look into
the organizations that I ask people to donate to and that Tim is a
drunk and has always been a drunk. Cindy stated “He was always a drunk
even before his daughter’s death and that is why he felt so bad about
his daughter’s death because he had a bad relationship with her. And
why is the majority of the bodies he has found were from the Tsunami?”
I said “Cindy, Tim is a good man” and she said “No he isn’t, he is
using my grand-daughters case to get donations. He went on Nancy Grace
to ask for donations.” She said “God for bid if
one of your young kids were to ever go missing….I hope that people will
help you find your kid and not hurt you like you are doing to us.”

She stated “You have no idea what you are talking about.” I said I have
read the police reports. She said “Do you know that the police never
came into this house and got a hair sample of Caylee’s from her bed.
They took a hairbrush that was Casey’s and that I told them that it was
Casey’s and may or may not have been used by Caylee.” Cindy said.

I said Cindy unfortunately I am in the middle of preparing dinner and I
would like to have a conversation with her at a later time to discuss
the website if that was really what she intended this phone call for.”
She stated “You are a liar and I will never want to have a conversation
with you.” She said “God for bid if one of your young kids were to ever
go missing….You would only wish I had people like me to help you find
them”

I said “Cindy God Bless you and your family because you need it more than
I do right now.” She then stated “If I only had the time to meet you
face to face for what you have done with this website I would kick
you’re a*s myself.” And she hung up on me.
