Emphasis on minimizing human impacts on natural hydrologic ecosystems,
including watersheds, wetlands, and aquifers. Develops and applies
hydro-ecological models to natural and constructed wetlands. Develops
techniques for characterization and remediation of contaminated soil
and groundwater.
