JULIAN ALARID - 18 months - Pahrump NV

An Amber Alert has been issued for 18-month-old Julian Alarid.
Police say his father, 47-year-old Stephen Alarid, took the boy.
Alarid is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall weighing 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and a shaved head.
Police believe he is driving a gray Ford or Dodge Van with on license plates. They say he may be headed to New Mexico.
This is not the first time Alarid has been suspected of kidnapping
his son. In November of 2008, police issued another Amber Alert for
Julian. Police say in that incident, Alarid assaulted his wife and took
the boy. The boy was left on his mother's doorstep a day later.

The search is on for 18 month old
Julian Alarid and his father, Stephen Alarid. 47 year old Stephen
Alarid is a white male, 5'10", 200 pounds and is described to have a
medium build. Alarid has a shaved head and brown eyes.
He is possibly driving a Gray Dodge or Ford Van without plates and
may be headed to New Mexico. In November 2008, Julian was taken by his
dad and it triggered an Amber Alert. Julian was safely returned and
according to Julian's mom, Stacey Walker, all the charges against
Stephen were dropped.
"So they released him and that gave him access to Julian all the
time," explained Stacey who talked to Action News Friday night, just
hours after her son went missing.
Stacey is in the process of moving and says Stephen was at her home
in Pahrump because he was going to give her a ride but then something
unexpectedly went wrong and Stephen took off. The couple has been
married for four years, but are now separated. Stacey says Stephen beat
her in the past and alleges she has even filed assault charges against
him, and now fears for child's safety.

The Nye County Sheriff's office says that the missing six-month-old baby boy has been returned safely to his mother. They say Juliun Alarid was returned on his mother's door step unharmed. His father, Stephen Alarid, is still on the run, and the warrant for kidnapping is still active. Juliun's mother says Stephen attacked her before taking Juliun Tuesday night. If you see Stephen Alarid, contact police immediately. He is considered armed and dangerous.
