Hearing Slated In Anthony Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony and her defense are scheduled to be back in court later this month.

Judge Stan Strickland has scheduled a hearing for next Friday, Dec. 11.

Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee.

Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home last December.

The 23-year-old mother maintains that a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee.
