Only cancelled "at this time" ..... I believe the State has to void out this depo because the Judge told them to rename it, and rename it an "investigative interview", and issue a new subpoena, then schedule a new date for that to take place. The judge never said that Dominic was "excused due to privilege" ... NEVER. He still has to come in for a depo/interview.
