Ouachita Parish sheriff's detectives are asking for help in locating a runaway teen.
Angilee Diamond Merrell, 16, of Cowboy Lane, Calhoun, was last seen at her
guardian's residence around 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 3.
A release from the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office described Merrell as
a white female, approximately 5-foot-2, 90 pounds., with brown hair and
green eyes.Capt. Jason Pleasant said Merrell had made statements
and left information that she may harm herself.Anyone with information
about Merrell is encouraged to call OPSO at 329-1200.

Ouachita Parish sheriff's detectives found a teenager who was reported as a runaway in January.
Capt. Jason Pleasant said Monday that Angilee Diamond Merrell, 16,
of Cowboy Lane, Calhoun, was found in a neighboring parish Sunday.
Merrell was last seen at her guardian's residence around 11:30 p.m. on
Jan. 3."She was in good health when we found her," Pleasant said.Pleasant
said Merrell had made statements before disappearing that she may harm
herself. He added runaways were not typical in Ouachita Parish."Her family was worried, so our job is to get the person back where they belong," Pleasant said.
