PLAINVILLE - Police are investigating a report of two missing teenage
girls who never returned home from school Thursday afternoon.

Police are looking for Brittney Ferris, 14 and Angela Daigle, 15, who
were both last seen by their families early Thursday morning. Both
girls are possibly with a 17-year-old, white, male friend.

Police described Ferris as white, 5-foot-five, around 200 pounds with
black, shoulder-length hair, blue eyes and a light complexion. She was
last seen wearing a black shirt, brown sweat pants and white Nike "Air Force One" sneakers.

Daigle is described as white, five-foot-three, around 170 pounds, with
brown eyes and shoulder-length, brown hair. She was last seen wearing a
blue North Face jacket and brown Uggs. Anyone having information as to
Ferris' or Daigle's whereabouts or information that may assist police
is asked to call police at 860-747-1616.

PLAINVILLE — Two local girls who were reported missing Thursday after failing to return from school arrived home safely Sunday.

“There was no criminal activity,” said interim Police Chief Peter Costanzo. “They were staying with friends in Bristol.”

Police had identified the girls as 14-year-old Brittney Ferris and 15-year-old Angela Daigle.
