NETTELTON, Miss. - Joshua Clark has been sentenced to life for the shaking death of his 4-month-old daughter.
The 26-year-old Nettleton man was found guilty of depraved heart murder and sentenced by Judge Thomas Gardner.
Gardner sentenced him to additional 20 years for child abuse.
Clark was arrested in 2008 following the death of his daughter,
Kylie Clark. An autopsy revealed her death to be the result of violent
shaking.
