RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- Police are searching for a Riviera Beach teenager who has been missing since Friday afternoon.Myah
Knighton-Black, 14, was last seen between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.
hanging clothes in the back yard of her home. The girl's mother said
she has never run away before.

Black was last seen wearing black jeans, a black Marlins baseball jersey and plaid-type shoes.Police said they believe the girl could be in the Miami-Dade County area.Anyone

Riviera Beach police suspect a teen age girl who vanished from the backyard of her home last week may be in Miami-Dade.

Police didn't elaborate on why they're leaning in that direction, according to reports, but have asked the public for help in finding 14-year-old Myah Knighton-Black.

The girl was last seen Friday between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. hanging
clothes out to dry. Myah was reportedly wearing black jeans, a black
Marlins jersey and plaid print shoes. Her mother told police she's
never run away from home in the past.

Russ Payne said Myah Knighton-Black, 14, of Riviera Beach and Charrida
L. Smally, 15, of Palm Beach Shores are believed to be together and
could possibly be in the Miami area. The girls may have been seen in
the South Beach area of Miami Saturday night at a night club.Payne
said police do not suspect any foul play at this time. Knighton-Black
is about 5-foot-2 inches and weighs 110 pounds. She was last seen
wearing black jeans, a black Marlins jersey and plaid-print shoes. And
she was last spotted hanging clothes in her backyard between 4:30 p.m.
and 4:45 p.m. Friday.

Smally is about 5-foot-8 and weighs 130
pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black-zippered sweater
and black wool boots. According to Payne, Knighton-Black's
mother says she has never run away before and has had no falling out
with her family or friends. According to the mother, she is an
articulate, intelligent young woman who is home-schooled, Payne said."We feel maybe she is just trying to avoid everybody," the detective said. "Or is being persuaded by someone else."Payne said that Smally has also been described as being very articulate and very smart. RIVIERA BEACH — Police said two teen girls missing since Friday have been located in Miami.
The mother of one of the girls called police to tell to say the girls were safe and she was on her way to pick them up.
Myah Knighton-Black, 14, of Riviera Beach and Charrida L. Smally,

club Saturday night.
