Milford Police are looking for a missing 14 year old girl. Emija
Best was last seen on Airport Road in the area of Bowman Road where she
ran away from her caretaker.
She has a diminished mental capacity and
may be violent. If you see her – do not approach her – but call
Milford Police at 302-422-8081.
Best is black, about 5’ 7” and 110
pounds and has long black braided hair. She was last seen wearing a
black jacket with fur around the collar, green pants and white Nike
sneakers with pink trim.
