Jacksonville A+ Just 4 Kids Day Care Owner Arrested on Molestation Charges

JACKSONVILLE,
Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has arrested a local day care
owner and charged him with molestation, sexual battery and assault.

David James Hart, 44, was arrested early this morning and charged with lewd
and lascivious molestation on a victim 12-16 years old, sexual battery
on a victim younger than 12, and assault.

According to the Duval County Property Appraiser and the Department of Children and Families
websites, Hart and his wife are the owners of A+ Just 4 Kids Academy on
Crown Point Road in Mandarin.

He is being held on no bond.
