DARIYON HODGES - 17 yo (2009) - Virginia Beach VA

A teenager who left home might be in danger from people with whom he associates, Virginia Beach police said Thursday.


They are looking for Dariyon Hodges, 17, who left home voluntarily on Dec. 12 with his adult sister, police said.
Police asked that anyone with information on his whereabouts call
the department at (757) 385-5000 or the department's missing person
unit at 385-4101.

Police in Virginia Beach are asking for help in locating a teen that ran away from home on December 12 with his adult sister.

Investigators believe that 17-year-old Dariyon Hodges may be in harm's
way due to the company he keeps and the behaviors he has exhibited.

Hodges is described as a black male with a dark complexion, 5'6" tall,
and 140 pounds. He has several tattoos, including: "RIP" and "Mom" on
his right arm, "Margaret" on the right side of his neck, a picture of
Bugs Bunny with a gun on his lower right arm, the initials "BML" on his
lower left arm, and "Lil D" on the top of his right wrist.

Anyone with information about Dariyon Hodges's whereabouts is
encouraged to call the Virginia Beach Emergency Communications
non-emergency line at 757-385-5000 or the Virginia Beach Police
Department Missing Person's Unit at 757-385-4101.

Teen theft suspect held

as fugitive from Virginia

Watertown police charged Dariyon M. Hodges, 18, of 166 High St., with two counts of petit larceny about 3:20 p.m. Thursday at his residence.

He is accused of stealing $25 in cash on Nov. 3 and a Droid cell phone, valued at $550, on Nov. 19 from a jacket belonging to Ana J. Berry, Watertown, at 1283 Arsenal St., police said.

He was arraigned Saturday in City Court and was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending extradition as a fugitive from justice on a warrant from the Virginia Beach, Va., Police Department, police said.
