FDLE Issues Missing, Endangered Child Alert

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reported a missing, endangered child on Friday.

Emma Dooley was reported missing from St. Augustine in St. Johns County last Saturday.

The 13-year-old was last seen in the area of King Arthur Court and Watson Road. According to law enforcement, video surveillance indicates that Dooley was last seen at 2:34 a.m.

Police said Dooley was last seen wearing a T-shirt with the number 13 on it. They said she was also wearing short shorts, and she was barefoot.

The 5-foot-5-inch, 132-pound girl has a heart-shaped scar on her upper left leg and a scar on her forehead, police said.

Emma Dooley, 13, who had been missing from her home since Saturday,
was found this evening.
State police reported around 4:30 this afternoon that Dooley was
missing and endangered. She was found safe about three hours later after
the family she was
staying with saw a story about the teen on the news. That family, which
lives in Flagler Estates in southern St. Johns County, called police.
According to the Florida Department of
Law Enforcement, Dooley was last seen Saturday at King Arthur Court
and East Watson Road in St. Augustine.
Video surveillance from a neighbor's house captured Dooley at 2:34
a.m. walking down the street in pajamas,
not carrying anything, said Sgt. Chuck Mulligan with the St. Johns
County Sheriff's Office.
He said Dooley has run away in the past, but usually takes items with
her. He said she hadn't been seen since the time on the surveillance
video.
