Asking Judge To Strike Down Defense's Death Penalty Motions

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors are asking Judge Belvin Perry to strike
down seven defense motions challenging Florida law as it relates to
death sentences in the case against Casey Anthony.In paperwork
filed Wednesday, prosecutor Jeff Ashton called some of the motions
"premature."Anthony's defense is attacking Florida law that
dictates whether someone convicted of a capitol felony like murder
should be sentenced to life in prison or death.Perry ordered the
