ZOE and REASON WEST - 2 and 1 yo - Scott County (NW of Knoxville) TN

An Amber Alert has been issued by Tennessee law enforcement
authorities for two Scott County children.

According to the
alert:

Zoe West and Reason West have been kidnapped by their non-custodial
father.

Brandon West forced their mother off the road causing her vehicle to
strike a tree. The subject then forcibly removed the children from the
vehicle and fled the area.



Zoe is a 2 year old white female and has brown hair and green eyes.
She is 3'5" tall and weighs 32lbs. She was wearing a black and white
polka dot dress with hot pink ties on the shoulders, black patent
leather shoes with bows and green ball earring.

Reason is a 1 year old white male with brown hair and green eyes. He
is 29" long and weighs 26lbs. He was wearing a one piece shorts outfit
with blue and white stripes and with a small dog on the front. His hair
is cut in a burr cut.

West is a 35 year old white male with brown hair and green eyes. He
is 5'6" tall and weighs 165lbs. West is wanted for previous aggravated
assault, aggravated kidnaping and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Current charges are pending.

He was last seen driving a gray 2004 Chevy Impala with Tennessee Tag
234QJG.

An Amber Alert issued for two Scott County children has been
canceled.
Authorities said 2-year-old Zoe Lee West and 1-year-old Reason Blake
West have been recovered safely.
However, their father, Brandon West, 35, remains on the run.
