ORLANDO -- Several motions ruled on by Judge Stan Strickland will be back in court Tuesday.
Casey Anthony's defense team wants the motions reconsidered by Judge Belvin Perry now that Strickland stepped down.
There will also be more challenges to the death penalty.
The defense says the state hasn't justified its case.
