ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The case against Casey Anthony heads back to an Orange County courtroom Tuesday. Her attorneys will argue several motions, including some that have been heard before.
The defense will also challenge the reasons the prosecutors gave for pursuing the death penalty. Casey Anthony's attorney's demanded to know why prosecutors were going after the death penalty.
Judge Belvin Perry will hear motions involving jail visiting log records, rulings by a former judge, aggravating circumstances, and a supplemental motion to compel forensic evidence.

Judge Issues Plan For Anthony Hearing Hearing Slated For Tuesday
http://www.wesh.com/news/23700067/detail.html
The prosecution and defense have been going back and forth regarding how much prosecutors must reveal about
why they're seeking to have Anthony executed.
Both sides have insisted they're right. The defense filed a motion to strike the state's so-called notice of aggravating circumstances because it lacks
the detail to which they believe they're entitled.
When Ashton filed that list, it was nothing more than five citations of law with no detail -- so little that Anthony's defense
filed the motion to strike it as deficient. That motion will be argued before Perry at Tuesday's hearing.
Hornsby said prosecutors are not required to justify those aggravating factors or reveal before the trial their
theory of how Caylee Anthony was killed or why her mother deserves to die for the crime.
"To Jeff Ashton, this aggravating factor issue is over. He has complied with it to the letter of the law, and he knows that Perry is not
required to give him any more information," Hornsby said.
Perry will consider the defense request to reopen four prior rulings by Judge Stan Strickland on Tuesday. He'll also rule on the motion to strike the state's list of
aggravators as insufficient, and he'll also consider a defense motion for more forensic evidence.
