COURTNEY T LIGHTBODY - 18 yo/Autistic - Tampa FL

Police are searching for an 18-year-old autistic woman who ran away
from home Friday afternoon.



Courtney T. Lightbody climbed out her bedroom window at 1509 E Ellicot
Ave. and ran off at about 1:45 p.m, Tampa police said.
She is described as a black woman, 5-foot, 150 pounds with long
dreadlocks and brown eyes wearing a black shirt with a pink design on
the front, black pants with silver stripes and white sneakers carrying a
purple backpack.

An 18-year-old woman with autism who ran away from home this
afternoon has been found.

Police said Courtney T. Lightbody was found by her mother unharmed
and in good spirits.

Her mother reported her missing after Lightbody left her home at 1509
E. Ellicot Ave. at 1:45 p.m. on foot after climbing out her bedroom
window.

She is autistic and has seizures when she becomes nervous.

Lightbody was located at North 34th Street and East Osborne Avenue at
approximately 6:30 p.m.
