ELIZER and OSCAR OLIVEROS - 6 Months and 1 yo - Ukiah (NW of Sacramento) CA

Two children are feared kidnapped in Mendocino County, and the California Highway Patrol
has issued a statewide Amber Alert.

The two Hispanic children, identified as six-month-old Elizer Garcia
Oliveros and one-year-old Oscar Oliveros, were reportedly kidnapped in
Ukiah at 3:37 p.m. by a Hispanic male suspect who may be driving a black
2002 Chevy Silverado.

Elizer was only wearing a diaper when he was taken and is described as
having a large brown birthmark on his back. Oscar was wearing a red
Michael Jordan t-shirt and red shorts.

The truck has a lifted suspension and is a four-door model. It
has a license plate of either 8U63092 or 6X24666. It has been reported
stolen.

Anyone with information is asked to call the California Highway Patrol
at (707) 467-4020 or call 9-1-1.
