Casey Anthony Lawyer Raced To Hospital After Inserting Foot In Mouth! Or, is this how Jose extricates himself from the case?

Oh good lord, Jose Baez has really done it this time or maybe he really wants to be disbarred!

After filing a motion to seal taped phone conversations with career criminal and current inmate Robin Lunceford claiming he had no idea the conversations from the prison were recorded, we now learn from prosecutors that Mr. Baez is full of foo-foo dust!

Baez requested a protective order placed on the phone conversation, insisting he was not aware he was being recorded (uhhh, Florida law, bud!) and that the discussion represented “work product.”

According to a response filed by Linda Drane Burdick today, “The assertion in the defendant’s motion that Mr. Baez was ‘never made aware that the call was being recorded’ is simply untrue.”
