TAMARA SPENCER - 13 yo - Meridian MS

Meridian police report that 13-year-old Tamara Spencer has gone missing for the second time this month.
Spencer was last known to be at her residence in the 2400 block of 40th Avenue at around 4 a.m. Wednesday.


She was reported missing earlier this month ans was located a day or so later.
Spencer is described as a black
female, 5' 5" tall, weighing 130 pounds. She has shoulder-length black
hair, possibly in curls or in a wrap style and brown eyes. Spencer was
dressed in black shorts and a white T-shirt when she was last seen.
