Will Cindy Anthony Face Mail Fraud Charges?

Readers here know that many believe that Cindy Anthony will eventually face criminal charges in connection to the investigation into the death of her granddaughter; including obstruction, tampering, perjury, and now, perhaps, mail fraud.

Cindy Anthony wrote her letters to Casey Anthony, her daughter in jail awaiting trial for murdering Caylee Anthony, 2, in 2008. These letters were post marked from Cindy's home address. Of late, however, she postmarked from Casey's attorney's address, and marked one as "legal" so it would not be opened by jail officials.

The jail was not fooled.
