Here in US 5 times more children are dying from child abuse than solders
at war in Iraq and Afghanistan combined since 2001. Prevention and MUCH
Stiffer laws are the keys to a better protection of our children. The
estimated annual cost of child abuse and neglect in the United States
for 2007 was $104 billion. Do you know 5 children die each day(!) from
child abuse in US. But how many more children are being abused but
haven't died yet? Do we need to wait? NO! We need to be proactive to
make a change. Please raise awareness, pay attention, write your
legislators, watch DHS work, we cannot afford to do nothing - our
