YARA DIAZ - 15 yo - Chicago/Northwest side IL

A Northwest Side teen has gone missing, and Chicago police are seeking the public's help in locating her.

Yara Diaz, 15, was last seen Sunday at her home on the 2800 block of North Central Park Avenue.


Police believe Yara may be with a 20-year-old male who lives in the 4300 block of West Fullerton Avenue.

Yara is described as a Hispanic youth 5 feet and 3 inches high, with
brown eyes, brown hair, with a medium complexion. She weighs 110 lbs.
