Would this be for a trust fund or memorial fund? If the latter, could this be further proof that CA knows Caylee is deceased?

Those filings are done to establish ownership of a name so you can open a business account in that name. Their lawyer or accountant probably advised them to do that so they can track gift money separate from personal money - to avoid trouble with the tax man.

One of the main things I read about Foundations is that they are formed for Charitable purposes. The fact that the Anthonys are trying to establish a Foundation is suspect in itself. Foundations still have some tax liabilities, but obviously not as much as personal income taxes. I believe this is being set up by the A's attorneys to funnel money and proceeds from the current wheeling and dealing . Gee, I wonder who the Directors of the Foundation will be? I wonder who will pull a salary from the foundation? I found a couple of interesting reads on Foundations and Charitable Trusts.

It was denied due the listing INC you have incorporate before you can have INC in your name. The fictitious name has to filed and process before you can open a bank account, its that way for charities or businesses they also have to be reapplied for every 10 years. I know that as we own our business in Florida. I suspect something is up and Nejeme is behind it maybe trying to make it legal. If you notice it only has Cindy's name on it not George nor does the house Cindy's only.
