Anderson County sheriff's deputies are investigating after a teen is believed to have run away Monday.Cheyenne McWilliams, 16, was at Ryan's Restaurant on S.C. 28 Bypass in the Homeland Park area of Anderson with people from New Foundations Children & Family Services, said Chad McBride, a public information officer with the sheriff's office, on Saturday.McWilliams left the restaurant but was later seen Wednesday with two Greenville boys, who, like her, were staying at New Foundations, an Anderson nonprofit group home for emotionally troubled children and teens. The car that McWilliams was riding in was found in Florida late this week, McBride said.McWilliams is believed to have a boyfriend in Florida, and investigators are not sure if the two Greenville boys also went to Florida, McBride said.He said there is no reason to believe McWilliams is in danger or was forced to leave Anderson.Anyone with information about McWilliams' whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's office at (864) 260-4400.
