Police Search For Missing TeenPolice are searching for a missing girl. Rosa Torres, 17, is believed to be a runaway.


Torres, a Hispanic female, was last seen on September 19. She is 5'2" tall and 138 lbs. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black skirt, and black shoes. Rosa Torres has family in Montgomery County and may be headed that way.

She recently threatened to kill herself and therefore a Petition for Emergency Evaluation is on file with Baltimore City.

Baltimore City Police are looking for a missing teen who was last seen Sunday evening in Baltimore, but may be making her way to Montgomery County. 17-year-old Rosa Torres has not been seen since 6:30 p.m. Sunday when she left her home on the 1300 block of Woodbourne Avenue. Torres' family told police that they filed a petition for an emergency evaluation from Baltimore City after she threatened to kill herself recently. Torres is described as a Hispanic teen, 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, and wearing a white shirt, black skirt, and black shoes. According to her family, Torres has relatives living in Montgomery County, so police believe she could be on her way there. Police are asking anyone with information about Torres' whereabouts to call the Baltimore City missing persons unit at 443-984-7385.
