HARLEY LYNN NICKLES - 14 yo - Elizabethton (E of Johnson City) TN

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Child Alert for a missing East Tennessee girl late Wednesday night. Harley Lynn Nickles, 14 of Carter County was last seen Friday, October 8th. On Wednesday evening her family received a Telephone call in which they could hear her screaming for help in the background.
Nickles is white with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5'6" and weighs 120 lbs. The teen was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, white and purple Nike tennis shoes and a ring.
