For the second time in as many weeks, authorities fear a Martin County teenager was kidnapped by the same man. Police are looking for 15 year old Shyla Selvage and 46 year old Michael Robbins.Officials say selvage was kidnapped from Sheldon Clark High School by Robbins last Thursday. She was eventually found and returned to her parents, but Monday morning, she disappeared again. Family members have not seen 15 year old Shyla Selvage since early Monday morning."The parents went inside her room and the bed was moved and the window was open and she was gone and we've been looking for her," said Garmon Preece, the Martin County Sheriff. Officials don't know why she left or who she is with. "If she was abducted or kidnapped, I don't know. We're trying to figure that out and we don't have anything to prove that at this time," Preece explained. But they are concerned she could be with Robbins again. "Wherever the kid is, she needs to come home. If Mr. Robbins has this kid with him, he needs to bring her home." Officials say the age difference is an issue. "A 40 something year old man shouldn't be with a 15 year old girl. The girl should be with her parents. She should be going to school. She should be getting an education and she should prepare for life in the future," Preece said. Shyla has made contact with her family, but she did not tell them much. "The mother has talked to the girl on the phone and she says she is alright but she won't tell where she's at."
