Police Seek Teen Who Vanished On Monday

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- The Oklahoma County sheriff’s deputies said they are looking for a teen who went missing on Monday.Investigators said Robin Nicole Sampson, 15, was last seen by her step-mother on Monday when she left to catch her bus to Midwest City High School. Her parents live at Tinker Air Force Base, police said.Deputies said her bus stop is on base.Friends of Sampson told police they didn’t see her in class and hasn’t been seen or heard from since Monday morning.Her family contacted officers just before 9 p.m. Monday.Deputies said they tracked Robin's cell phone, which has GPS. However, they found it inside her house.Deputies are also in the process of checking the cameras on Robin's school bus to see if she ever made it into the bus.According to deputies, Robin's mother says she is a good student who has never run away before.Sampson is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, has green eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing black or gray leggings, possibly pink and white Nike shoes, and she may be wearing glasses.The Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with information on Sampson’s whereabouts to call investigators at 405-869-2501.

A 15-year-old girl missing since Monday from her home at Tinker Air Force Base has been found, the Oklahoma County sheriff's office reported.

Sheriff's spokesman Mark Myers said he had no other details about where Robin Nicole Sampson was found, what condition she is in or where she has been. Deputies were interviewing her earlier this afternoon.
