Caylee Anthony case: Hearing today 11/29/10

A hearing is scheduled today in the Caylee Marie Anthony case. This should turn out to be a rather interesting hearing. The following issues are slated to be considered by Judge Perry today:

• Prosecutors want the defense to disclose all financial arrangements and payments made to and with their experts (whether still their experts or not, I would assume). The state also wants to see communications and notes from those experts.
  
• The defense team wants to bark up the Taphonomy tree again. They’ve already been denied their request for a Taphonomy expert once, but that’s never stopped them in trying again. Today they will try again.
  
• And a status check will be made to ensure both defense and the state are staying on schedule for the trial date in May 2011.
