George Anthony Responds to River Analyzed
Excerpt:
Statement Analysis is done for all statements, recognizing that some statements are the words of an attorney, a speech writer, a spokesman, a family member, etc. The analysis seeks to get to the truth; and even when a statement is made on another's behalf, the analysis can show what the subject believes about what has been reported.
In the attorney's response, the WESH article is in plain type, with quotes in italics. Statement Analysis is in bold type (even when found within article or quote for emphasis).
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The father of Casey Anthony has responded to allegations made in a release of documents on Friday.
Note that the "father of Casey Anthony" is credited as responding to allegations even though the attorney speaks for him. George and Cindy were highly paid by media (known as "licensing fees") but have had a string of attorneys who may be working pro bono. In the defense team, the pro bonos have come out initially claiming to work for free in the interest of justice, but have dropped out, one after another, after money and media attention dried up.
Here, we do not know if the attorney for George Anthony is paid or pro bono; but George Anthony has not been charged as of yet with any crime that would require the services of an attorney.
