SILAS RODRIGUES - 8 yo - Port Townsend/Bremerton WA

Authorities have issued a statewide Amber alert for a missing Port Townsend boy. Cops believe 8-year-old Silas Rodrigues was abducted by his mother, 31-year-old Tiffany Rondeau. The mother has no custody. Police say while Rondeau was as at her
parents' house for supervised visitation, she took Silas. The family
reports she is under the influence of controlled substances.
The mother's address is currently listed as transient but she has ties to Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam counties.



Silas is four foot nine weighing about 49 pounds with brown hair and
eyes. He was last seen wearing a Peyton Manning football jersey. Rondeau
is five feet ten inches tall weighing about 170 pounds with brown hair
and blue eyes. She also has a tattoo on her neck. The two may be in a
white 1987 Honda Accord or a Maroon 1997 Dodge Caravan.
There was a possible sighting of the mother in the Bremerton area as recently as last night.

boy from her parent's home during a supervised visitation. Rondeau
initially contacted the family by phone but has since ceased all
contact. She is refusing to return her son or give her location.
The family tells authorities the mother is under the influence of
controlled substances. She is said to be a transient but has ties to
Kitsap, Jefferson and Clallam counties.
Silas is described as about 4 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing about 49
pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and
white football jersey with "Peyton Manning" printed on it, blue jeans,
black belt, and black Nike shoes with white socks.
Tiffany Rondeau is about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 170
pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She also has a tattoo on her
neck and a tattoo on her left leg.
Rondeau may be driving either a white 1987 Honda Accord with
Washington license plate 208 XNE or a maroon 1992 Dodge Caravan with
Washington license plate 169 PVW.

The missing child, Silas Rodriguez, the subject of an Amber Alert, has been found safe in Bremerton, Washington.
The alert was issued at about 4:30 a.m. today, Tuesday Dec. 28th. The
mother did not have custody and vacated her mother’s home during a
supervised visit with the child.
The mother, Tiffany Rondeau, is currently in police custody. There is no word at this time what charges may be filed.
