There will be a hearing today in the capital murder case against Casey Anthony. This hearing will be for a defense motion requesting subpoena power to obtain pictures Joseph Jordan took on Suburban Drive, and subsequently posted on his own website (now gone) and other websites in 2008.

In response to that motion, Joseph Jordan’s attorney has filed a motion to strike, arguing that the defense has filed the request based on an unverified assumption (one would presume errant assumption, but who knows) that the pictures actually belong to Joseph Jordan.
