Baltimore police are searching for a man who disappeared Saturday from an assisted living facility.Police said Tyrone Dukes walked away from a facility in the 3700 block of Belle Avenue in northwest Baltimore at about 3 p.m. Saturday.Police
described Dukes as "mentally challenged and child-like." Police said
Dukes does know his name but does not know his phone number or address.



Dukes
is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 224 pounds with salt and pepper
hair. He was last seen wearing a hooded blue ski coat, a plaid shirt and

BALTIMORE -- Baltimore police said Tuesday that a man who disappeared Saturday from an assisted living facility has been found safe.

Police had announced Monday that Tyrone Dukes walked away from a facility in the 3700 block of Belle Avenue in northwest Baltimore at about 3 p.m. Saturday.

Seeking the public's help, police described Dukes as "mentally challenged and child-like."

City police said Tuesday afternoon that Dukes was found safe. No further details were released."
