KAITLYN BOWEN - 10 yo - Independence (S of OH Border/Cincinnati) KY

INDEPENDENCE, Ky. - Police issued an Amber Alert for 10-year-old
Kaitlyn Bowen of Independence, Ky. who authorities believe was taken by
Samuel Bowen III, 53, in a silver 2005 Mazda MZ3 Friday night. The
suspect is described as while male with brown eyes, 5 feet 6 inches
tall, weighs 180 pounds, and balding with grey hair around the sides of
his head. The license plates of the Mazda are 855 EJN.
Police do not know what direction the suspect and victim are headed,
but are worried the girl may be in danger. No other information is available at this time.
