It appears the defense team were unable to “Shout it out” on that big ugly, stinky stain in Casey Anthony’s trunk. Judge Perry issued an order yesterday denying the defense’s request to exclude all testimony concerning the stain as irrelevant. Judge Perry found that Casey’s “dream team” did not meet their burden of proof in supporting their motion and ruled that

…any evidence relating to staining in the trunk of the automobile may be admissible upon proper presentation and foundation of the evidence.

So, as many of us were saying through-out this part of the recent hearings (which by the way was only presented in Baez’s most awesome closing statement), why can’t this just be challenged before the jury at trial? I guess that’s what Judge Perry wondered as well!
