Prosecutors: Not ready for Casey Anthony's trial until later this year

Today's updates:

10:19 a.m. Prosecutors don't anticipate being ready for Casey Anthoney's murder trial until later this year -- at the earliest, Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick told the judge this morning.

Anthony's attorney Jose Baez said he wants to address possibly moving the trial to another area to ensure his client's gets a fair jury. He plans to file the request soon.

The brief discussion came at the end of this morning's hearing at the Orange County Courthouse. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.
