Yesterday completed 3 days of jury selection in the murder trial of Casey Anthony. I’m unclear on what the total is for potential jurors who have been retained for the second phase of voir dire. The most interesting point in yesterday’s proceedings in when one juror, Jonathan Green, was reprimanded, found in contempt of court orders and fined $450 after the court discovered he had intentionally approached media in an attempt to learn how to get excused as a potential juror.
