ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's parents are in the process of suing their former attorney over comments he made on Headline News' Nancy Grace show.

Mark Lippman, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, said he is drafting a presuit letter to his clients' former attorney, Brad Conway. That letter is the first step in filing a lawsuit against him, which would seek a protective order to stop Conway from speaking about his former clients.

Lippman said the nature of Conway's comments on Grace's show breach attorney-client privilege, which he said is a violation of state statutes and bar rules.
