Testimony Enters Week 3 In Casey Anthony Murder Trial

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Day 22 of Casey Anthony's murder trial will begin on Monday and testimony will likely focus on the evidence that the prosecution said proves Caylee's body was kept inside the trunk of Casey's car.

As a third week of testimony begins in the Casey Anthony trial, prosecutors have moved on to the tedious task of convincing jurors there is science behind their murder accusation.

Over the weekend, the state showed jurors why they believe Caylee’s body decomposed in Casey's trunk for days before she allegedly dumped the body in a woods near her home.

The jury is expected to hear more about the controversial air tests that are being used for the first time in a criminal case. This is a test that's never been introduced as evidence in a case and it’s from a device called a gas chromatagraph and it's part of a pile of high tech crime scene evidence the state is now presenting.
