ORLANDO, Fla. -- Testimony in the Casey Anthony trial is scheduled to resume Monday after Judge Belvin Perry called fro an abrupt recess Saturday before the jury ever entered the courtroom.
No testimony was given in the trial Saturday because of a still-undisclosed legal issue.

At the start of Saturday's proceedings, prosecutor Jeff Ashton again accused the defense of a discovery violation, saying that a defense expert, Dr. Kenneth Furton, did additional research since his deposition.
Ashton said the defense had new presentation material that the prosecution had not seen before.
Several discovery issues have arisen in the past several weeks since the trial began.
"You think this would've grown old by now, but I guess some things never change," Perry said.
