Easiest way to do it is to type your comments. After you are done highlight any portion of a text or the whole text and click on the controls above.... there is a (B) for Bold, (I) for Italics, etc...its like typing in MS Word.

There is a preview button next to the send button. click on it. you can preview how your message will look before posting.
